ABC is remaking the campy sci-fi classic “V” & it will be airing this November. I kinda grew up on the (original) mini series from 1983. It was one of my favorites!!! In fact, it was probably the 1st thing that I taped w/ my brand new VCR. Here is a clip from ’83.
On 2nd thought, the original was crap… This ain’t gonna have shit on BSG!!!!!!

Chris hit me up yesterday about this band. Oddly enough, he caught them on Ellen the other day (thats a whole seperate discussion though—lol). I was looking forward to seeing their performance on Letterman last night, but the show somehow was completely cut off here in the Charlotte area… Anyway, he was really digging on her performance & their overall vibe – cool stuff!!!

A good friend emailed me this link a couple days ago… How cool would it have been if the album would have had some of these tracks on it? Evidently Alex Goose believes it would have been much better…

Sorry for being away for a bit, but we’ve been extremely busy lately (dealing w/ both music & some “behind-the-scenes” technical issues)… We are now a 5-piece. There was also name change in store for the band (it was Sweet Irene / now we are Super Ape). Unfortunately, this also required a domain name change (a lot of work to sort thru & move over)
